Spring is the time of year many people are looking forward to - but it also brings some health problems, especially for those who aren't careful.

Probably the most talked about is the famous and dreaded allergy season: pollens, dust mites and other allergens hanging in the air.

Allergies don't just affect the respiratory tract. The hair also "complains".

The scalp becomes irritated, flaky or weakened and this phase can even cause hair loss. There is also redness due to inflammation and flaking, especially in people with dry skin.

That's why Insparya, a company that specializes in hair transplants, offers four routines to avoid serious hair problems.

The first suggestion is to wash the scalp, gently massaging the affected area to stimulate blood circulation. Ideally, use lukewarm water.

The second, according to a note sent to ZAP, is to rinse the hair well and avoid any exfoliating products, to avoid more intense irritation of the scalp; preferably, to detangle the hair, use wide-toothed brushes or combs - and never do it with damp hair.

You should also avoid heat sources - they absorb the moisture that is essential for hair to remain hydrated. Even the hairdryer shouldn't be too hot, a medium or cool temperature is best; and at a distance of approximately 15 to 20 centimeters from the scalp.
